Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To manage a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or invoice.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method, within approximately 7 days.

Late or lost refunds If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially registered. Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund arrives. Only items at regular price will be reimbursed, unfortunately the products on offer can not be, as is the case with the Premium kit.

The client will cover the shipping costs for the return of the item. These are not refundable.

If you have to receive a refund, the cost of sending the refund will be deducted from the latter. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you send a product worth more than € 75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service (transport companies) or insuring the shipment.
We do not guarantee the receipt of your return.
