Refund policy
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If it has been 7 days since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To process a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or invoice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within approximately 7 days.
Late or missed refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund reaches you.

Sale items
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded, as is the case with the Premium kit.
Changes
